We encourage you to email our team if you have any doubts about the product as refunds are time consuming and costly.
As, each time you place an order online we incur a charge from payment gateways and also incur a charge on refunds made. Presently, the refund time is between 7-10 working days depending upon the payment gateways (Razorpay, PayU etc)

What items can be returned?
If you notice a defect in the quality of the product from our end, it must be reported to us within 4 hours of delivery to receive a 100% refund on the item. The defect should not have been caused during transit as, we do not cover any transit damages, you need to raise a claim with the courier company directly for refund or compensation.
Who pays for return shipping?
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless Brewnation has made an error in shipment or an item arrives damaged or defective. In the event of a shipment error or a damaged/defective item not caused in transit, Brewnation will be responsible for the cost of ground shipping only, and only for returns made within 48 hours of the delivery date.
If the return if not due to damage/defect, then the customer will be responsible for All shipping charges, repacking charges and restocking fee of 50% of Order Value excluding the GST amount. The initial cost of shipping along with return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
Please email us if, your defective merchandise is less than Rs. 1000/- in value; returning the product/merchandise may not be necessary.

You may choose to cancel your order but please note that the full refund is only issued on the items that are cancelled within 4 hours of ordering.
