Sanitizer is critical in brewing. All surfaces, equipment’s and other items that are used especially on the cold side of brewing process need a thorough sanitization for atleast a few minutes. Iodophor is odorless and tasteless. It helps to keep all the contamination away from the beer. Do not use the concentrate. This is a no rinse sanitizer.
