Instructions

  • Make sure to sanitize the bench capper prior to use
  • Attach the sanitized bottle cap to a built-in magnet inside the standard bell on the bench press
  • Align bottle with the bottle cap on the bench press
  • Once aligned, using both hands, push the handles down
  • Make sure the surface used for bottling is non-slippery
